Sportify Nellai

Sportify Nellai is a booking system for a sports turf in Tirunelveli. Players pick a sport, a date and an hour and pay online, while the venue's staff run bookings, prices, users and refunds from a separate admin dashboard.

One slot can be wanted by many people, so double bookings, including overlapping hours, had to be blocked. Prices change by hour, weekday, weekend and special date, and the price booked has to match what the customer saw. Money added more rules: full or advance payment, balance payments, reward points and refunds.

Three apps: a customer website, an admin dashboard and one API on a MySQL database. Prices come from a rules engine on the server, and every booking is checked against a saved price quote before payment. Payments run through Razorpay with signature checks, and a cancellation queues a refund that an admin approves. The design is mobile first, with light and dark themes.

A home page booking card with live prices, a turf page with a step-by-step slot picker, a sticky price bar and an embedded map, and a checkout with terms, reward-point redemption and pay-in-full or advance options. Customers get their bookings, an account page and a rewards history. The admin side covers bookings with refund approval, turfs, sports, pricing rules, users, finance and rewards.

Built and running end to end, covered by an automated end-to-end test suite. It is not yet public: there is no production address yet.
