The spark
GS Associates is a loan and property advisory business. Its brief listed four loan products: home loans, unsecured business loans, secured overdraft and bridge loans, arranged through tie-ups with several banks and NBFCs. The website adds a second service: property advisory, with listings.

The wiring
A Next.js App Router site in three parts: a public website, a signed-in user area and an admin area. Supabase handles sign-in and data, with row-level security so only admins can edit listings or read leads. Enquiries are sent by email from a server route.

The build
Public pages for Home, About, Properties, Loans, Blog and Contact. Loan cards show the rate, the amount and an apply button, and property cards can be saved as favourites. The admin area covers properties, leads with search, filters and CSV export, users, blog, loans and analytics.
